Abstract

Good employee performance is reflected in work results that meet standards, accurate task execution, and a strong sense of responsibility qualities that can be fostered through training programs tailored to job requirements. This study aims to analyze the impact of training programs on the performance of technicians at CV Arya Rior in Bandung. A qualitative research method was employed, involving data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation regarding five technicians and one key informant, with validity verified through data triangulation. The results indicate that the training program has a positive impact on work quality, task execution, and employee responsibility, although scheduling lacks structure and post-training evaluation remains suboptimal. Thus, while the training program positively influences the performance of technicians at CV Arya Rior, improvements in scheduling and evaluation are necessary to ensure the impact is sustainable.
